EĻĻAS KOKS (OIL TREE) is a brand created by the Latvian company SIA “Oil Tree”, founded in 2010. Our mission is to offer to the Latvian market cold-pressed plant oils that are high-quality, nutrient-rich food products suitable for culinary use, skin care, and health promotion.

We offer a wide variety of plant oils sourced from both near and far corners of the world: South America, Egypt, Canada, Estonia, India, China, and more. The journey of the oils begins with the nuts or seeds grown in their respective climate-friendly regions, which are then delivered to oil pressing facilities. In this field, we cooperate with companies in Germany and Austria. Once the oils are pressed from the nuts and seeds, they come to us, and we package them in various sizes under the unified brand: EĻĻAS KOKS (OIL TREE).

All of our oils are cold-pressed, meaning they are never exposed to chemicals or heat during extraction. The cold-pressing method preserves the natural nutrients in the nuts and seeds: fatty acids, vitamins, sterols, micro- and macroelements, all of which remain intact in the final product. After extraction, the oils are not subjected to further processing—no refining or deodorizing is applied. We package the oils in dark bottles to protect them from sunlight, which is one of the most important factors in preserving their freshness for as long as possible.

Most of the oils we offer are organic (BIO), meaning both the nuts and seeds are grown in certified organic farms. The extraction and packaging processes also follow organic production regulations, ensuring that the oils are free from pesticides, herbicides, and any other additives. Organic control and supervision are conducted regularly, and all participants in the oil production process—from farmers to packagers—receive a certificate of compliance.

Over more than 10 years of operation, our range of oils has expanded significantly, and we would like to say a big THANK YOU to our loyal customers!
